Returns Policy

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with when you contact us within 6 weeks of purchasing the item and provided it is in its original resalable condition (see point 4 for more details).

When returning items to us, please return the goods as they were delivered to you.

1. How do I return an item?

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

  1. Contact us to tell us what the problem is and so that we know something is coming back, be sure to include your order number, name, email address and the postage address you are sending to.
  2. Re-pack the item with the ring box and packing peanuts included.
  3. Use the return address found on the original packing box to send the item back to us -please confirm this when you contact us so we can provide this detail.
  4. Return the package by using the post office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through a post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
  5. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.


2. Details on returning an item

The following situations may apply:

A replacement of the item (E.G. wrong size)

  • You will be expected to pay for the postage cost in returning the item.
  • If this is your 1st return to us, then sending a replacement item (once we receive the returned item back from you) will be free of charge, provided the product is in its original resalable condition. Note: The ring design being replaced will be a like for like design.
  • If you have returned an item previously and have been issued a replacement, but are still not happy, then any further replacements will be charged a flat $15USD each time we replace a product, provided the product is in its original resalable condition.

A return of the item, with no intention of replacement (returning an item – no exchange)

  • You will be expected to pay for the postage cost in returning the item.
  • If the item is in its original resalable condition, you will be provided a full refund minus any shipping costs.
  • If this is not your 1st return and the item is in its original resalable condition, then you will be entitled to your money back minus a flat $15USD fee.

The actual cost of postage is something you will have to check with your local post office or mail carrier. Note: All returns will need to be sent to Australia and should be sent via air mail.

If the item is not in a resalable condition – please return the item and contact us to explain what has happened. We‘ll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.


3. How long will my refund take to be processed?

Refunds will be processed within 21 days of us receiving the item. This gives us time to inspect the item and ensure payment is processed to you.


4. Can I exchange an item?

Certainly, but please do be careful when selecting ring sizes. More than 1 exchange will cost you a flat $15 each time you wish to change. Please also note that exchanges can only take place for the same item design, so this means you cannot buy one design and then change your mind later. If you really do not like the design, please contact us to see what we can arrange for you.


References in this Returns Policy to: “we” and “us” are to Beautiful Promise Rings; “Products” are to products listed on our website www.beautifulpromiserings.com (“Website“); and “Contract” are to the contract between you and us in respect of the sale of Products via our Website. Each time you make a purchase of Product(s) via our Website, you enter into a Contract with us. If you buy a number of Products in one order to be delivered to the same address, the Contract shall cover all the Products in that order. If you order Products to be delivered to different delivery addresses, there shall be a separate Contract in place in respect of each delivery address and each Contract shall cover all the Products being delivered to that address.
